Mopkin is in early access. This notice explains the limited information collected through the waitlist and questionnaire on this website.
What we collect
- Your answers to the four cleaning-preference questions.
- The email address you choose to submit.
- Basic visit, interaction, device, approximate location, referral, and campaign information used to understand whether the experience works.
How we use it
We use this information to manage early access, send launch and product updates, understand which parts of the experience are useful, and improve Mopkin. We do not sell your personal information.
Where it is processed
Waitlist records are stored with Google Firebase. Product analytics are processed with PostHog. Questionnaire progress may be stored locally in your browser for up to 30 days so you do not lose your answers if you leave and return.
How long we keep it
Waitlist information is retained while Mopkin is preparing for launch and for up to 24 months afterward unless you request deletion sooner. A shorter period may be used when the information is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from future product emails at any time. You can also request deletion of the waitlist record associated with your email below. Requests are recorded for Mopkin’s owner to review, and we may ask you to verify that you control the address before completing the request.
Updates to this notice
If this notice changes materially, the effective date above will be updated. The version accepted with a waitlist submission is recorded with that submission.
